Norwood Young

Professionally Norwood has shared the stage with Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, Phyliss Hyman, Be Be Winans, Donny Mcklurkin, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Bill Withers, Regina Bell, Alyson Williams, Lionel Richie, Thailand Superstar Hugo, and Millie Jackson (of whom he recorded which garnered a gold record) and many more. Norwood grew tired of the injustices that were consistently plaguing America, and decided to leave the country permanently, and landed in Bangkok Thailand as his new home.

Within a year of Norwood moving to Bangkok he created the “Hollywood Soul” brand, and opened South East Asia's first black owned Soul food and Soul Music venue, “Norwood Young’s Hollywood Soul Supper Club.” According to critics, Norwood Young is considered Thailand’s number 1 performer, where he is supported by the international membered “Hollywood Soul Band,"  and Norwood continues to wow his audiences! Currently, the release of Norwood's new release "Rainy Day' is sure to become a classic!
